Reservations

Two-night minimum. A third night is included with two-night reservation. Minimum rate is $622.45 for the weekend. This rate includes the cleaning fee. Weekends can be Thursday - Sunday or Friday - Monday. Please inquire about availability for additional nights.

$250.00 is required to guarantee your reservation. The balance is due two weeks prior to your stay. In addition, a $250.00 damage deposit check is collected with the balance. The damage deposit check will not be cashed unless there is damage, and will be returned to the host within one week after the retreat assuming there is no damage.

A maximum of eleven overnight guests are permitted. The Alcove Retreat is a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed. The host is required to provide a state ID/drivers license. Check-in time is 10am. Check-out time is 1pm.

Refund Policy

Cancellation: A full refund will be paid if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to the arrival date. If your cancellation is less than 30 days prior to your arrival date then you will forfeit your initial payment. Exceptions to this made on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for items that are left, lost, or taken. Please make sure you have all your items labeled. If you notice you left something, please contact us immediately so we can try to locate the item.
